Sophia Mazzone

Engineer

Sophia joins our team as a recent graduate from the University of Vermont, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She brings valuable hands-on experience from her year-and-a-half internship at Cx Associates. Sophia will focus on MEP commissioning projects, where she's particularly excited to explore how building systems contribute to overall performance and sustainability and learn how to create cleaner, more energy-efficient built environments.

When she's not working on commissioning projects, Sophia can be found outdoors hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or soaking up sun at the beach. Her commitment to community extends beyond her professional work through her volunteer efforts with the Intervale during her internship and her current volunteer work with Street Cats.
