What we do

Cx Associates is in the business of decreasing building energy use as a way to combat climate change through all of our service areas. We focus on innovation and best practices to deliver results that make a difference in individual buildings, or across efficiency programs.

New Construction

Offering expertise in building systems and envelope commissioning, Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), design review, energy modeling, and LEED consulting.

Existing Buildings

Finding energy savings through retrocommissioning, energy audits, controls upgrades, equipment failure solutions, and problem solving.

Energy Management

Catered services including long-term energy planning, energy monitoring & solutions, building M&V, portfolio benchmarking, and energy modeling.

Efficiency Programs

Meeting energy efficiency program needs through program evaluation, M&V, consulting, and energy code evaluation and development.

Design Phase Services

Waiting until your project is in construction to think about energy efficiency and commissioning services is a missed opportunity to address issues before they're built. We can help by saving you on first costs, and potentially avoid serious code violations and costly repairs down the road. We offer design reviews that have proven to save building owners energy, time, and money.
