Eveline Habermann is an architectural engineer with over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial energy analysis, retrocommissioning, and project management. Eveline has extensive experience in energy efficient building design and operation, efficiency program design and implementation, and measurement and verification of energy efficiency measures. Eveline has performed calibrated energy models on large commercial buildings for the NYSERDA New Construction Impact Evaluation and provided presentations on the methods of calibrated modeling. She has managed the evaluation of the Vermont Forward Capacity Market for ten years and managed the Con Edison commercial energy efficiency program portfolio and the NYSERDA New Construction Program Impact Evaluation for over six years.
