Eveline Habermann is an architectural engineer with over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial energy analysis, retrocommissioning, and project management. Eveline has extensive experience in energy efficient building design and operation, efficiency program design and implementation, and measurement and verification of energy efficiency measures. Eveline has performed calibrated energy models on large commercial buildings for the NYSERDA New Construction Impact Evaluation and provided presentations on the methods of calibrated modeling. She has managed the evaluation of the Vermont Forward Capacity Market for ten years and managed the Con Edison commercial energy efficiency program portfolio and the NYSERDA New Construction Program Impact Evaluation for over six years. Eveline has provided retrocommissioning services for a large number of commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, providing control optimization and identifying mechanical deficiencies that have resulted in 10-30% energy savings. As a project manager, Eveline works closely with design firms, building owners and contractors to ensure a smooth and timely project flow for new construction and retrofit projects. Prior to joining Cx Associates, Eveline was a C&I energy consultant and developed performance contracts for institutional, commercial, and multi-family energy retrofit projects. This included energy analysis (load analyses, building simulations, and equipment control strategies), financial analyses (cost estimating and cash flow analyses including life-cycle costs, benefit/cost ratios, net present values), contract management and savings guarantee maintenance. Eveline is a Certified Energy Manager and a professional engineer.
